The Columbia Pregnancy Center has been saving lives since 1981 and is the only pregnancy resource center in Howard County offering support to women and families facing unplanned pregnancies. We are a community-based center, funded entirely by your donations, and we make our services and resources available for free to anyone who may need them. We offer many services designed to help women and families before, during, and after the birth of their babies, as well as to women hurting from experiences that they have suffered in the past.

Free obstetric ultrasounds to confirm pregnancy. Mothers-to-be are often deeply moved by the incredible images they see of the new life they are carrying within them and this can inspire them to choose life for their babies.
